Shipping damage happens, and if it does, please reach out to the shipping provider for an insurance claim.
Item must be returned in its original condition. All accessories (including cases, straps, batteries, stickers, merchandise of any kind, and all other accessories that may or may not be listed here) must be returned with the product.
