Warranties are included for:
- Full CLAs
- Services greater than $80
- Certain products, please note descriptions of products
Coverage
Our warranties do not cover:
- Damage caused by impact, drops, liquid exposure, sand, or corrosion
- Improper use or forced operation
- Tampering, disassembly, or repair attempts after service
- Normal wear items (light seals, batteries, etc.)
- Shipping damage
Misuse or internal tampering will void the warranty.
Please Note: Before service, the camera’s cosmetic and mechanical condition is documented with video and recorded for our records. Operational testing & cosmetic condition is also recorded prior to return shipment
