Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • Shipping Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on item size, value, and destination.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for all orders. You’ll receive a notification once your item ships.

Payment

  • We accept PayPal, eBay payments, and major credit/debit cards through eBay’s secure checkout.
  • Payment is due at time of purchase unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Details

  • We only ship to confirmed addresses. Make sure your eBay shipping address is correct before placing an order.
  • International shipping (if offered) is available through eBay’s Global Shipping Program.
  • Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery (unless stated otherwise in the listing).
  • Item must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or not as described. In the event of shipping damage, please contact LBO immediately.
  • Returns are not accepted on items sold to international addresses.

Condition & Description

  • We do our best to provide clear photos and accurate descriptions. Please read listings carefully before purchasing.
  • If you have questions about compatibility, condition, or anything else, please message us before buying.

Warranty

  • Here at LBO we offer a 30 day “no questions asked” warranty. We cover accidental damage, shipping damage, and any malfunctions that occur within the first 30 days.
  • Outside the 30 day warranty, we will offer discounted repairs for your camera and other electronics purchased through LBO via eBay. Please contact LBO for any and all repairs.

Customer Service

  • We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours.
  • If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first before leaving feedback. We’re happy to help resolve any issue!
  • Entering your phone number and/or email address into our forms is giving LBO permission to text, call, or email your information. 

Cancellations

  • We accept cancellations before the item ships. Once shipped, the order can only be returned through the return process.
